No Insurance?  No Problem!  The Quality Dental Plan has you covered.

 

The Quality Dental Plan is a reduced fee program that allows individuals and families - just like yours - to receive quality dental services at fees that make sense in today's economy.  Now you can enjoy the economics of group dental care PLUS the individualized attention of private care!  It works much like Costco, in that you buy a membership and gain access to reduced fees for services.

 

Benefits will begin immediately upon payment of your annual membership fees. 

 

The Quality Dental Plan provides the following benefits:

a)   2 free regular teeth cleanings per year including the check-up exam, 1 set of bitewing x-rays, and 1 fluoride treatment.

b)    First time patients will receive their initial examination and any needed x-rays at no cost.

c)    Free whitening trays with eight syringes of whitening gel. 

d)    You also receive two free refill syringes every six months when you pre-appoint your checkups and don’t 
  fail to keep them.  This helps you maintain an "Always White Smile."

d)    Significant fee reductions on the following dental procedures:

20% off most services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, porcelain veneers, periodontal treatment, and additional simple cleanings or x-rays that may be necessary. 

50% off all Emergency exams

15% off all orthodontic procedures

10% discount off product items such as electric toothbrushes, replacement brush heads, whitening gel refills, & medications.

For the cost of whitening your teeth, you get that…and so much more!  In fact, your savings on just one crown almost covers your entire annual membership fee.  Averaged out over a year, a membership amounts to $27/month, and for additional members the average is about $16/month.

What the Quality Dental Plan does NOT include:
●  Unlike a conventional insurance plan there are no deductibles and no yearly maximums.
●  There are no pre-existing condition exclusions. 
●  There are no exclusions for elective or cosmetic treatment.
●  Loopholes & gimmicks designed to leave you with more to pay than you expected, unlike most insurance 
    companies who routinely exclude portions of what they should have paid...leaving you with an unpleasant
    surprise.
●  Claims adjusters who cannot legally diagnose your needs dictating what treatments you can or can't have
     instead of it being YOUR decision made with the aid of your doctor.
