Below are some of the things we've been up to over the past few years that you may find interesting.  Click on the thumbnail image for a larger image.

2011

Feb -  Dr. Quevedo appears on Fox35 TV's "Good Morning" show to discuss the topic, "Early Childhood Tooth Decay". 

Feb -  Dr. Quevedo adds the placement of implants to our mix of services.  It's the next best thing to a real tooth when it
           comes to replacing missing teeth.  In addition, we can use implants to stabilize an existing denture.  Instead of flopping
           around, they "snap in...snap out."

April -  Dr. Quevedo once again voted one of "Orlando's Best Dentists" by his peers in the April issue of Orlando
             Magazine.  Inclusion in this list is especially an honor since those being surveyed and doing the voting are fellow
             general dentists and specialists in the Orlando area.

2010

Feb -  Dr. Quevedo was asked to become a regular dental columnist for Sweetwater Wekiva Springs Magazine.  Be sure to
            take a look at his articles in each issue.

April -  Dr. Quevedo voted one of "Orlando's Best Dentists" by his peers in the April issue of Orlando Magazine.
             Inclusion in this list is especially an honor since those being surveyed and doing the voting are fellow general dentists
             and specialists in the Orlando area.

April - Dr. Quevedo completes his certification as a Six Month SmilesTM provider.  Now we can offer our patients with crooked teeth a great smile in a reasonable length of time more predictably than with clear aligners....all at less expense!

May - Dr. Quevedo appears on Fox35 TV's "Good Morning" show to discuss the topic, "Healthy Foods for your Teeth".

July -  Dr. Quevedo, his wife Melissa, & our assistant Mimi went to Costa Rica to donate one week
           providing free care to the people of Villa Real, Guanacaste province, Costa Rica.

October -  Dr. Quevedo, his wife Melissa, & our assistant Mimi were invited to join the medical mission team from Florida
                    Hospital to Ethiopia to donate one week providing free care to the people of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

2009

Feb -  Millennium Dental Technologies Clinicians Conference - Cancun, Mexico
           The whole office enjoyed a few days learning about LANAP....and having a little fun, too!

July -  Dr. Quevedo, his wife Melissa, our hygienist Sandy, & our assistant Mimi went to Costa Rica to donate one week

April -  Chasolen Restorative Continuum in Sarasota - Dr. Quevedo attended this 2 day course, which was more like a
            mini-residency in prosthodontics.

2007

May - Periolase Boot Camp Day 5 training in Cerritos, CA

July - Periolase Boot Camp Day 4 training in Cerritos, CA

Aug - Dr. Quevedo becomes a grandpa with the birth of his first grandchild, Cylin...who came 13 weeks early!

2005

April - Served as an instructor for the Advanced Waterlase Training course taught by Dr. Mark Colonna & Dr. Bob Barr in 
           Atlanta, GA

Aug -  Dr. Quevedo was invited to join the UltraDent Esthetic Elite.  A select group of doctors from all over the country
            chosen by the Ultradent company to be among the elite of esthetic dentists.  Ultradent flys these doctors to their
            headquarters at their expense to attend this conference with lots of great C.E.

Nov - Periolase Boot Camp Days 1-3 training in Cerritos, CA.  These first three days of training were required before taking
          delivery of my new Periolase MVP-7.
